The Remote Executive Director of Sustainable Fintech & Green Finance Innovation will drive integration of ESG principles, green digital products, and climate-aligned financial instruments into remote-first fintech ecosystems, ensuring that Bahrain’s platforms resonate with global capital markets and sustainable investment mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect ESG-integrated fintech platforms spanning digital lending, investment, and payments.

• Drive tokenization of green bonds, carbon credits, and sustainability-linked financial products.

• Develop data-driven ESG scoring models using AI and IoT data streams.

• Align green fintech solutions with UN SDGs, EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance, and GCC green policy frameworks.

• Foster partnerships with multilateral institutions, global investors, and sustainability-focused fintech innovators.

Candidate Profile

• 12–18 years of experience in fintech, sustainable finance, or ESG-driven digital products.

• Strong expertise in tokenized green assets, climate fintech, and ESG analytics platforms.

• Global exposure to sustainable finance regulations, including PRI, EU SFDR, and ISSB frameworks.

• Demonstrated leadership in building international, remote-first teams across sustainability and finance domains.
