Position Overview
Saudi Arabia’s fintech transformation is entering a new frontier defined by quantum-safe encryption, resilient digital infrastructures, and next-generation transaction security. The Executive Director of Quantum-Resilient Financial Systems & Digital Infrastructure Modernization will lead the national framework for secure digital finance, developing scalable, future-proof architectures that protect financial systems from emerging computational threats.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of quantum-resilient cryptographic frameworks to secure payment networks, blockchain systems, and financial data pipelines.

Architect AI-supervised infrastructure models ensuring operational continuity, fraud mitigation, and system integrity across financial networks.

Oversee migration of core financial systems to quantum-resistant encryption protocols, ensuring compliance with evolving cybersecurity mandates.

Develop zero-trust architecture blueprints for multi-layered fintech environments operating across open finance ecosystems.

Collaborate with regulatory and digital economy bodies to set new standards for financial data protection in the GCC.
Core Qualifications

12+ years in fintech infrastructure, digital security, or cryptographic systems leadership.

Expertise in quantum-safe algorithms, blockchain integration, and AI-driven network intelligence.

Advanced understanding of GCC financial data protection frameworks and cross-border interoperability.

Master’s or Doctorate in Cybersecurity, Financial Engineering, or Systems Architecture.
