Position Overview
The Executive Director of Quantum Financial Infrastructure & Algorithmic Asset Systems will lead the strategic re-engineering of Saudi Arabia’s fintech infrastructure into a globally integrated, algorithmically governed financial ecosystem. This position represents the convergence of quantum computation, decentralized finance (DeFi) architecture, and systemic financial intelligence, shaping the future of programmable liquidity and digital asset interoperability.
Operating remotely but at the epicenter of strategic decisioning, the Director will architect frameworks where data, computation, and capital operate as unified entities, ensuring performance, resilience, and global interoperability under evolving regulatory environments.
Primary Responsibilities

Quantum Infrastructure Design: Architect computationally scalable quantum-assisted financial models for asset optimization, settlement acceleration, and systemic liquidity prediction.

Algorithmic Governance: Develop frameworks for algorithmic supervision of financial flows, utilizing reinforcement learning and adaptive risk protocols.

DeFi Integration: Implement cross-chain interoperability systems bridging traditional banking APIs with blockchain liquidity pools.

Cybersecurity & Cryptography: Lead the adoption of post-quantum encryption standards and cryptographic resilience models for high-value digital finance operations.

Strategic Regulation Interface: Align systemic design with evolving Saudi fintech directives and international financial infrastructure compliance frameworks.
Qualifications & Competencies

Advanced degree (MSc/Ph.D.) in Quantum Computing, Financial Systems Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.

10–15 years in fintech infrastructure, algorithmic systems, or distributed architecture design.

Technical fluency in Python, C++, Rust, Solidity, and quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit / Cirq).

Expertise in ISO 20022, tokenomics, AI-driven liquidity modeling, and financial data sovereignty frameworks.
