Role Overview
As the Remote Executive Director of Multi-Chain Liquidity Strategy, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing robust liquidity frameworks across Bahrain’s digital asset ecosystem. Your role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, ensuring that tokenized markets maintain efficiency, stability, and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
You will focus on dynamic liquidity allocation, predictive risk management, and cross-chain network optimization, translating advanced quantitative insights into actionable strategies for institutional and retail market participants. Your leadership will integrate technical expertise, strategic vision, and regulatory compliance to build scalable, resilient tokenized markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of multi-chain liquidity frameworks for tokenized assets.

Conduct scenario analyses to assess risk exposure, market shocks, and systemic vulnerabilities.

Candidate Profile

Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Quantitative Finance, Blockchain Engineering, or Systems Engineering.

10+ years in crypto finance, liquidity optimization, or multi-chain asset management.

Strong leadership experience in complex, high-technical environments.

Deep understanding of liquidity engineering, risk modeling, and decentralized finance operations.

Familiarity with GCC digital asset regulations and strategic fintech initiatives.
