A rapidly evolving financial technology operation in the Gulf region is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director of Intelligent Payments, Treasury Automation & Financial Operations to oversee the modernization of enterprise payment ecosystems, treasury optimization frameworks, and intelligent financial operations infrastructure supporting large-scale institutional and commercial transaction environments.
The organization is searching for a fintech strategist capable of transforming conventional treasury and payment operations into intelligent, highly scalable, digitally optimized financial ecosystems capable of supporting multinational transaction flows, real-time settlements, and enterprise financial resilience.
The selected executive will lead sophisticated modernization initiatives involving payment orchestration, treasury intelligence, operational automation, cloud-native financial infrastructure, and enterprise transaction optimization technologies.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise payment transformation initiatives involving real-time transaction ecosystems, multi-currency payment environments, and intelligent settlement infrastructures.
- Build scalable treasury automation systems capable of optimizing liquidity management, financial forecasting, transaction reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee deployment of API-based treasury technologies, payment gateways, intelligent transaction routing systems, and enterprise financial analytics environments.
- Coordinate strategic infrastructure modernization projects involving cloud-native financial systems, enterprise data orchestration, and operational automation platforms.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting payment security, operational continuity, transaction transparency, and enterprise compliance readiness.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen fraud prevention capabilities and infrastructure resilience.
- Build executive reporting ecosystems focused on treasury performance intelligence, operational efficiency benchmarking, transaction analytics, and financial growth forecasting.
- Develop strategic fintech partnerships involving payment processors, enterprise financial infrastructure providers, banking technology firms, and transaction intelligence ecosystems.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies and identify commercially scalable opportunities for operational modernization and financial innovation.
- Support executive leadership in expanding enterprise transaction capabilities across regional and international financial markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury Management, Financial Technology, Economics, Information Systems, or Banking Operations.
- 10–14 years of experience within payments infrastructure, treasury operations, fintech modernization, enterprise banking systems, or institutional financial operations.
- Strong expertise in payment ecosystems, treasury technologies, transaction lifecycle management, and intelligent financial infrastructure.
- Advanced understanding of operational risk governance, financial compliance standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale financial transformation programs.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and executive communication capabilities.
- Strong commercial understanding of global transaction ecosystems and digital financial operations.
