Position Synopsis

Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation is entering a new strategic horizon focused on high-velocity payments ecosystems, machine-driven transaction orchestration, cross-network financial interoperability, and systemic optimization of commercial, consumer, and institutional payment flows. This role exists for a leader capable of building continent-scale digital payment infrastructure, engineered with precision, resilience, and predictive intelligence.

As the Executive Director of Intelligent Payments Ecosystems & Financial Network Optimization, you will define interoperable, AI-enhanced architecture frameworks that unify domestic payment rails, digital identity layers, emerging tokenized instruments, and cross-border value channels—all governed through remote global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Intelligent Payments Architecture Leadership

• Build multi-rail payments architectures integrating instant settlement, biometric authentication layers, QR-centric payments, and merchant-interaction flows.

• Develop transaction-optimization engines capable of dynamically selecting routing paths, mitigating congestion, and improving success rates under variable demand.

2. Cross-Border Network Strategy & Integration

• Engineer multi-currency interoperability protocols linking GCC corridors with international clearing channels.

• Create foreign-exchange alignment models for optimizing liquidity positioning, settlement timing, and cost efficiency.

3. Predictive Financial Intelligence Systems

• Design ML models for transaction anomaly detection, payment-failure prediction, network quality scoring, and fraud-probability forecasting.

• Implement data-centric intelligence modules capable of autonomous recalibration under high-pressure transactional cycles.

4. Strategic Governance & Infrastructure Assurance

• Establish compliance-ready frameworks aligned with Saudi’s digital payments standards, operational governance policies, and data-lineage requirements.

• Lead remote architecture teams responsible for infrastructure scaling, performance engineering, and financial systems reliability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12–18 years in payment-rail engineering, digital payments strategy, or high-scale financial infrastructure.

• Expert in distributed systems, ML-based transaction intelligence, next-gen authentication, and cross-network interoperability.

• Proven ability to command remote, globally distributed architecture teams.
