Role Overview
As the UAE accelerates its leadership in AI-driven financial innovation, the Executive Director of Fintech Product Strategy will lead the conceptualization, architecture, and expansion of next-generation advisory ecosystems that redefine customer engagement, asset intelligence, and digital portfolio management.
Strategic Responsibilities

Formulate a multi-year WealthTech innovation roadmap, integrating AI-powered portfolio analytics, behavioral finance insights, and digital advisory engines.

Direct the architecture of cloud-native financial platforms, supporting adaptive robo-advisory systems and personalized financial ecosystems.

Lead data governance and compliance modernization aligned with ADGM, DIFC, and global privacy frameworks.

Oversee the creation of predictive financial models that optimize investment strategies through real-time market intelligence and automated rebalancing.

Develop ecosystem partnerships with fintech accelerators, data providers, and AI research entities to advance next-generation digital wealth experiences.

Implement responsible AI protocols ensuring algorithmic fairness, transparency, and investor trust across all digital finance products.
Qualifications & Experience

10–15 years’ executive experience in fintech product strategy, digital wealth management, or AI-enabled finance.

Deep technical understanding of machine learning, NLP-based advisory systems, and API-driven data orchestration.

Expertise in open finance, tokenized asset platforms, and data analytics ecosystems.

Strong leadership in managing distributed teams across innovation, data science, and financial governance.
