Strategic Mandate
This role governs the infrastructure that enables digital financial markets to function efficiently, transparently, and continuously. The Executive Director of Fintech Market Infrastructure & Digital Exchange Systems will design platforms that support price discovery, transaction matching, liquidity coordination, and real-time financial interaction within fintech ecosystems.
The mandate is not trading operations. It is market-mechanism architecture, digital exchange logic, and system-level orchestration of financial interaction.
Core Responsibilities

Architect digital exchange and market-infrastructure platforms supporting high-volume financial interaction.

Design systems for order routing, matching logic, liquidity signaling, and transaction finality.

Establish governance for market fairness, system transparency, and operational integrity.

Integrate market infrastructure with payments, settlement systems, and digital banking platforms.

Lead development of real-time monitoring, surveillance logic, and market-behavior analytics.

Oversee performance engineering for throughput scalability, latency minimization, and fault tolerance.

Define long-term evolution of digitally native financial marketplaces and programmable market structures.
Required Executive Profile

15+ years in financial market systems, fintech infrastructure, or digital exchange architecture.

Strong expertise in market mechanics, transaction matching systems, and real-time data processing.

Proven experience delivering high-availability, market-grade fintech platforms.

Ability to operate at the intersection of financial theory, systems engineering, and platform governance.

International exposure to advanced financial infrastructures is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Kuwait)

Base Salary: KWD 25,000 – 32,000 per month

Annual Performance Bonus: 35% – 50% of base (linked to system reliability, market efficiency, and platform adoption)
