Position Overview
The Executive Director of Fintech Intelligence & Sustainable Digital Wealth Platforms will define and execute Qatar’s strategic blueprint for AI-powered digital wealth ecosystems, integrating sustainability, advanced analytics, and cross-border wealth digitization into a unified financial architecture.
The position involves guiding intelligent wealth management systems, data-driven investment analytics, and ESG-compliant fintech platforms to enhance transparency, efficiency, and inclusion in the digital investment space.
Key Responsibilities

Lead creation of AI-driven wealth platforms integrating personalized advisory algorithms, risk optimization engines, and real-time investment insights.

Oversee integration of ESG-compliant investment analytics ensuring sustainability alignment across digital asset portfolios.

Architect cross-border wealth management frameworks powered by cloud-native, API-driven fintech systems.

Design tokenized asset environments enabling digital representation and trade of multi-asset portfolios under global compliance standards.

Direct development of machine learning predictive investment models for portfolio rebalancing, asset forecasting, and client profiling.

Champion a sustainable digital finance agenda, embedding carbon accounting, impact investing, and ethical AI governance principles.

Collaborate with financial regulators, wealth platforms, and institutional investors to establish international digital investment interoperability.
Candidate Profile

Ph.D. or Master’s in Financial Engineering, Sustainable Finance, or Artificial Intelligence.

10+ years of executive experience in fintech innovation, digital wealth management, or data-driven investment platforms.

Expertise in machine learning for finance, tokenization, and ESG investment intelligence.

Comprehensive understanding of GCC digital finance ecosystems and international fintech regulations.

Proven ability to merge technology strategy with sustainability-focused wealth management.
