Executive Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive cybersecurity strategies protecting digital banking platforms, payment systems, cloud infrastructures, and financial databases.
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption readiness programs and advanced cryptographic security frameworks.
- Establish AI-driven security operation centers capable of detecting and responding to sophisticated cyber threats in real time.
- Lead digital trust initiatives involving identity verification, biometric security, privacy engineering, and secure customer authentication.
- Oversee penetration testing strategies, vulnerability management, cyber intelligence, and incident response programs.
- Implement security governance frameworks covering technology risk, data protection, third-party security, and operational resilience.
- Manage teams of ethical hackers, security engineers, cloud architects, compliance specialists, and digital risk professionals.
- Collaborate with international cybersecurity communities to ensure adoption of cutting-edge financial security practices.
Ideal Executive Candidate
- Master’s degree or PhD in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Financial Technology, Information Assurance, Cryptography, or related disciplines.
- 15+ years of senior experience in cybersecurity leadership, financial technology protection, digital risk management, or enterprise security transformation.
- Extensive knowledge of AI security systems, cloud security architecture, cryptographic technologies, zero-trust frameworks, and financial technology regulations.
- Demonstrated capability to secure complex international financial infrastructures and manage high-performing security organizations.
- Outstanding crisis management, strategic planning, and executive communication skills.
