Strategic Role Mandate

This role leads the design and governance of digital systems that control how capital flows, accumulates, and redistributes across fintech ecosystems. The Executive Director will architect real-time liquidity logic, flow prioritization mechanisms, and capital movement frameworks that ensure efficiency, predictability, and control within digital financial environments.

The mandate is structural and systemic, focused on how money behaves under automated, high-velocity conditions rather than on individual financial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect fintech platforms governing capital flow sequencing, prioritization, and optimization.

  • Define logic for real-time liquidity visibility across transaction systems.

  • Design automated frameworks for balance allocation, liquidity buffering, and settlement coordination.

  • Integrate capital flow logic with payments, treasury platforms, and financial control systems.

  • Establish governance models for digital liquidity integrity and operational predictability.

  • Lead modernization initiatives replacing batch-based liquidity processes with continuous, rule-driven systems.

  • Define KPIs for capital velocity, utilization efficiency, and system-wide liquidity health.

  • Act as senior authority on fintech capital systems in strategic and regulatory engagements.

Professional & Leadership Profile

  • Strong background in fintech liquidity systems, treasury technology, or financial flow engineering.

  • Deep understanding of transaction lifecycles, settlement timing, and capital orchestration.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, system-wide fintech initiatives.

  • Capability to bridge financial theory and system automation.

Compensation Structure (Oman)

  • Base Salary: OMR 8,500 – 11,000 per month

  • Annual Capital Efficiency Bonus: 30% – 45% of base salary

  • Long-Term Incentives: Liquidity optimization and system maturity-linked rewards
