This role sits at the apex of fintech system design, responsible for defining how large-scale digital financial platforms are architected, governed, and evolved across complex economic and regulatory landscapes. The Executive Director operates as a systems architect and strategic authority, shaping the foundational frameworks that enable payments, lending, wealth management, and embedded financial services to operate cohesively at scale.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end digital financial platforms, including core transaction engines, real-time settlement layers, and API-driven service ecosystems.

• Define enterprise architecture standards for payments orchestration, account structures, credit engines, and liquidity management systems.

• Lead the integration of cloud-native infrastructure, data platforms, and automation layers within regulated financial environments.

• Establish governance models ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory adaptability across multiple jurisdictions.

• Translate complex technical architectures into executive-level frameworks suitable for regulators, policymakers, and senior stakeholders.

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience in fintech platform architecture, digital banking infrastructure, or large-scale financial systems design.

• Deep understanding of modern financial technology stacks, including microservices, event-driven systems, and secure API ecosystems.

• Proven ability to operate autonomously in a remote, globally distributed strategic role.
