Key Responsibilities

Digital Architecture Leadership: Direct the design and modernization of multi-tiered digital banking infrastructures built on microservices, cloud orchestration, and secure API frameworks.

Strategic Innovation Roadmap: Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives integrating open banking, instant payments, and embedded finance capabilities aligned with UAE Central Bank’s fintech mandates.

Data Intelligence & Automation: Establish AI-driven data analytics frameworks for transaction optimization, customer experience enhancement, and predictive financial modeling.

Cross-Border Integration: Guide regional alignment of UAE’s financial systems with GCC and international interoperability standards.

Candidate Profile

12+ years’ experience in fintech systems architecture, digital banking innovation, or enterprise financial transformation.

Expert knowledge of UAE fintech frameworks, ISO 20022 messaging standards, and global digital payment architectures.

Strong leadership in managing distributed engineering, data, and compliance teams remotely.

Proven ability to translate digital finance strategies into scalable, cloud-native solutions across regulated environments.
