Role Overview
Qatar is accelerating its focus on digital wealth and investment platforms, aiming to redefine the global WealthTech landscape. The Executive Director will lead development of AI-powered portfolio intelligence, robo-advisory ecosystems, and tokenized wealth platforms, aligning with both Qatar Central Bank ambitions and international investment standards.
Core Responsibilities

Architect digital wealth platforms integrating AI for predictive analytics, behavioral finance, and robo-advisory services.

Design tokenized investment ecosystems spanning equities, fixed income, and alternative assets.

Implement ESG-driven digital wealth products aligned with ISSB and global sustainability mandates.

Ensure compliance with QCB regulations, MiFID II standards, and international WealthTech governance frameworks.

Lead globally distributed R&D, financial engineering, and data science teams.
Candidate Profile

12–18 years in asset management, WealthTech, or fintech innovation.

Expertise in predictive analytics, quantitative modeling, and robo-advisory platforms.

Experience in tokenization of investment products and AI-driven portfolio optimization.

Proven leadership in remote-first, cross-border fintech and wealth management ecosystems.
