Qatar is positioning itself as a global investment and WealthTech hub. The Executive Director of Digital Wealth & Asset Tokenization will pioneer advanced solutions in private wealth management, digital asset custody, and tokenized investment platforms, enabling the seamless integration of traditional and alternative asset classes. This fully remote role will play a vital role in shaping Qatar’s financial diversification strategies.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish a WealthTech innovation roadmap integrating robo-advisory platforms, AI-driven portfolio optimization, and hybrid human-digital advisory services.

• Lead development of tokenized investment ecosystems, including real estate, commodities, and alternative securities.

• Build compliant digital custody infrastructures, aligned with global cybersecurity and asset protection standards.

• Drive cross-border partnerships with international asset managers, custodians, and regulators to harmonize tokenization frameworks.

• Champion ESG-focused digital wealth platforms to support sustainable investment strategies in alignment with global investor trends.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in private banking, asset management, or WealthTech innovation.

• Proven expertise in digital custody, tokenized assets, and AI-driven investment platforms.

• Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks governing cross-border wealth management and digital securities.

• Advanced degree in finance, law, or technology; CFA/CAIA and fintech specializations preferred.
