Job Overview
Executive Director of Digital Payments Topology & Transaction Flow Engineering
Jurisdiction: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Engagement Model: Full-Time | National-Scale Fintech Infrastructure Mandate
Functional Domain: Pure Fintech | Payments Architecture | Transaction Flow Systems
Mandate Definition
This executive mandate exists to design, govern, and continuously evolve the structural topology through which digital payments are initiated, routed, authorized, settled, reconciled, and finalized across advanced fintech ecosystems.
The Executive Director operates at the transaction-flow engineering layer of fintech, where payments are treated not as products, but as high-velocity financial state transitions governed by deterministic logic, latency discipline, and settlement certainty.
This role is not payments operations, merchant acquiring, or product management.
It is an apex fintech architecture mandate responsible for how money moves, transforms, and concludes within digital systems.

-
Govern integration between payment engines, settlement systems, reconciliation layers, and liquidity controls.
