The Executive Director will act as the long-term guardian of digital finance platforms, ensuring that payments, financial data flows, automation layers, and platform integrations evolve in a coherent, scalable, and future-proof manner.

Mandate & Accountability

• Define and own the end-to-end digital finance architecture, covering payments, account systems, transaction orchestration, data exchange, and platform interoperability

• Establish architecture governance models that guide how fintech systems are designed, modified, integrated, and retired

• Translate macro-level fintech ambitions into multi-year execution blueprints and system roadmaps

• Act as the final authority on platform design trade-offs, architectural risk, and system complexity management

• Oversee the alignment of technology strategy with long-term financial system resilience and scalability objectives

• Define principles for cross-platform interoperability, modularity, and future expansion

Strategic Influence

• Shape how fintech platforms mature over 5–10 year horizons

• Ensure architectural coherence across diverse financial use cases

• Prevent fragmentation, technical debt accumulation, and uncontrolled platform sprawl

• Serve as a senior architectural voice guiding ecosystem-wide fintech evolution

Ideal Executive Profile

• 15+ years in fintech, digital banking, or large-scale financial systems leadership

• Proven experience owning enterprise or ecosystem-level financial platforms

• Deep understanding of payments systems, platform economics, and system governance

• Exceptional strategic writing, architectural reasoning, and executive communication skills

• Comfortable operating independently with full system accountability
