About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Executive Director of Digital Finance Architecture to lead the strategic evolution of next-generation financial systems across Saudi Arabia. This role requires an unparalleled understanding of fintech innovation, digital banking ecosystems, and regulatory alignment within the GCC region. You will be instrumental in shaping integrated financial platforms leveraging blockchain, AI-driven analytics, and open banking protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and oversee the deployment of scalable, resilient digital financial infrastructures.

Lead cross-functional teams to design end-to-end fintech solutions, including payments, lending, and digital asset management.

Drive compliance strategies aligned with Saudi Central Bank regulations and international best practices.

Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, blockchain, DeFi protocols) for adoption into digital finance ecosystems.

Develop a comprehensive roadmap for platform integration, cybersecurity resilience, and data governance.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.

12+ years of progressive experience in fintech architecture, banking technology, or digital payments.

Proven expertise in blockchain, AI in finance, and cloud-native financial solutions.

Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary international teams remotely.

Strong knowledge of GCC fintech regulatory landscapes, specifically Saudi Arabia.
