Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute digital banking strategies that integrate open banking, AI, and blockchain.

Oversee the design of digital lending, payments, and wealth management solutions tailored to the Saudi market.

Translate Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) directives into agile product and platform development.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams across product, technology, and risk functions.

Build strategic alliances with regional banks, fintech startups, and international partners.

Establish frameworks for RegTech adoption, digital identity, and cybersecurity resilience.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

12–15 years in digital banking, fintech, or large-scale financial technology programs.

Strong expertise in enterprise financial architecture and cloud-native platforms.

Proven experience in launching innovative digital finance products in regulated markets.

Familiarity with GCC and global banking regulations.
