The successful candidate will serve as the principal architect of the organization’s digital finance strategy, overseeing the development of advanced payment infrastructures, AI-powered banking solutions, open finance ecosystems, embedded financial products, and innovative digital customer experiences.

Key Strategic Responsibilities
Digital Transformation & Innovation Leadership
- Design and execute long-term digital transformation strategies that redefine financial service delivery.
- Establish innovative fintech ecosystems integrating digital wallets, virtual accounts, intelligent payment systems, and next-generation financial applications.
- Identify emerging technologies capable of creating competitive advantages within regional and international financial markets.
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and predictive financial analytics.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer personalization, digital accessibility, and seamless omnichannel financial experiences.
Fintech Product Strategy & Development
- Lead the complete lifecycle of digital financial products from market research and conceptualization to deployment and continuous optimization.
- Create innovative solutions within payments, digital lending, personal finance management, wealth technology, and embedded finance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, product architects, cybersecurity specialists, data scientists, and business analysts.
- Drive rapid innovation methodologies while maintaining operational excellence and scalability.
Financial Technology Architecture & Infrastructure
- Guide the modernization of financial platforms through cloud-based infrastructure, API-driven ecosystems, and scalable digital architectures.

Required Qualifications
