Role Overview
Qatar is advancing toward AI-powered cognitive fintech ecosystems, where autonomous systems govern liquidity, risk, and investment strategies. The Remote Executive Director of Cognitive Fintech Ecosystems & Autonomous Risk Intelligence will design self-adaptive platforms capable of predictive analytics, autonomous decision-making, and decentralized financial management across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities

Architect AI-driven fintech platforms for autonomous liquidity management, predictive risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.

Develop multi-agent simulation engines to forecast financial markets, economic variables, and systemic risk.

Integrate decentralized finance protocols with institutional networks for scalable, compliant ecosystem operations.

Implement real-time regulatory compliance, explainable AI governance, and adaptive risk intelligence frameworks.

Lead initiatives on ethical AI use, transparency in algorithmic decision-making, and responsible digital finance practices.

Oversee cross-border interoperability initiatives to align Qatari fintech systems with GCC and global standards.
Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in AI, Quantitative Finance, or Systems Engineering.

10+ years of experience in cognitive fintech systems, AI-driven financial platforms, or risk intelligence architectures.

Expertise in reinforcement learning, neural networks, multi-agent financial modeling, and DeFi integration.

Strong understanding of Qatar’s fintech regulatory framework and global financial innovation trends.
