Role Overview
Kuwait is advancing its capital markets into the digital era, focusing on blockchain-enabled securities, tokenized assets, and sovereign custody infrastructures. The Executive Director of Blockchain Securities & Institutional Custody will be responsible for building institutional-grade digital asset infrastructures, enabling Kuwait to emerge as a cross-border hub for tokenized capital markets.
This position commands leadership at the intersection of blockchain finance, global regulation, and institutional asset management, shaping how GCC investors access tokenized wealth platforms.
Strategic Mandates
