The Executive Director of Blockchain Financial Systems & Tokenized Market Architecture will lead strategic initiatives to design scalable, secure, and compliant digital asset infrastructures that redefine financial interoperability across the GCC and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructures for tokenized securities, cross-border settlements, and decentralized finance platforms.

Design multi-asset tokenization frameworks supporting digital bonds, stablecoins, and programmable financial instruments.

Oversee the implementation of DLT-based settlement systems aligned with UAE regulatory standards and international interoperability guidelines.

Integrate AI-powered smart contract auditing systems to enhance compliance, security, and transparency.

Collaborate with regional regulators to shape evolving policy frameworks for digital assets and distributed financial ecosystems.
Core Competencies

12+ years in blockchain architecture, financial systems innovation, or digital asset strategy.

Proven experience in tokenization, smart contract design, and regulatory alignment for financial markets.

Advanced understanding of GCC financial regulations, ISO blockchain standards, and CBDC interoperability protocols.

Master’s or PhD in Financial Engineering, Distributed Systems, or Digital Asset Economics.
