Role Purpose

As Executive Director of Blockchain-Enabled Financial Intelligence & RegTech Innovation, you will define the strategic intersection of decentralized financial infrastructure and intelligent regulatory oversight—shaping Oman’s fintech future through policy-aligned innovation and advanced technological deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Blockchain Infrastructure Design: Architect regulatory-grade blockchain ecosystems supporting financial transparency, audit traceability, and decentralized compliance assurance.

AI-Enhanced RegTech Systems: Implement artificial intelligence models for predictive compliance, transaction surveillance, and dynamic risk classification within financial institutions.

Digital Asset Oversight: Supervise frameworks for token issuance, custody, and transaction governance under evolving Omani digital finance directives.

Data & Policy Convergence: Lead cross-sector collaborations between regulatory authorities, data scientists, and fintech developers to craft adaptive regulatory technologies.

Cybersecurity Governance: Establish comprehensive data protection frameworks to safeguard blockchain-based financial environments against advanced threats.
Ideal Candidate

Minimum 12 years of fintech, RegTech, or digital asset infrastructure experience, including leadership in blockchain applications for regulated markets.

Comprehensive understanding of Oman’s fintech policies, digital asset experimentation zones, and regulatory innovation units.

Technical expertise in distributed ledger systems, data privacy frameworks, and AI-based compliance automation.

Proven ability to balance technological innovation with regulatory conformity at global standards.
