Role Overview

The Executive Director of Blockchain Capital Markets & Tokenized Securities will design and oversee sovereign-grade tokenization frameworks, ensuring the UAE leads in digital securities adoption, blockchain-based trading infrastructures, and cross-border capital integration.
This role represents a strategic global mandate: to integrate tokenized markets into mainstream finance, enabling Dubai to act as a bridge between East and West in the world of digital assets.
