This executive role leads the design of autonomous finance systems, where artificial intelligence governs decision-making across credit, liquidity, pricing, and risk. The mandate is to architect platforms that continuously learn, adapt, and optimise financial outcomes without manual intervention.

The position requires a rare blend of financial intelligence, machine learning governance, and systems architecture expertise, operating at the frontier of modern fintech evolution.

Key Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect AI-driven financial decision engines across lending, payments, and treasury systems.

• Design autonomous workflows for credit scoring, pricing optimisation, and risk mitigation.

• Establish governance frameworks for algorithmic transparency, accountability, and performance validation.

• Oversee integration of real-time data streams into predictive financial intelligence platforms.

• Define ethical AI standards and system override protocols.

• Translate complex intelligence systems into executive-level financial insight.

• Guide long-term evolution toward self-optimising financial ecosystems.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Advanced experience with machine learning systems in financial environments.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, risk analytics, and decision science.

• Expertise in data engineering, real-time analytics, and scalable AI infrastructure.

• Proven capability in governing AI systems within regulated financial contexts.

• Strong documentation and system-level reasoning skills.

• 14+ years in fintech, AI systems, or financial intelligence leadership.

• Demonstrated success deploying AI at scale in production financial environments.

• High intellectual rigor with strong strategic vision.

• Comfortable operating at executive depth in a fully remote capacity.

Compensation Structure (KSA-Benchmarked)

• Base Annual Compensation: USD 175,000 – 230,000

• Strategic Intelligence Bonus: 25% – 35%

• Autonomous System Delivery Incentives: Milestone-based
