Role Summary
The UAE’s fintech ecosystem is rapidly evolving toward data-driven finance and predictive regulatory intelligence. The Executive Director of AI-Enabled Financial Intelligence Systems will spearhead the architecture of advanced analytics platforms and intelligent compliance ecosystems, combining financial data science, cognitive automation, and real-time governance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop AI-driven analytics ecosystems integrating machine learning, NLP, and predictive modeling to identify financial anomalies.

Design regulatory intelligence platforms automating compliance interpretation, transaction surveillance, and digital reporting.

Oversee deployment of cloud-native data pipelines that unify structured and unstructured financial datasets for enhanced decision-making.

Establish risk-profiling models for credit scoring, liquidity forecasting, and investment optimization using explainable AI (XAI).

Partner with policymakers and fintech innovators to harmonize AI governance with global fintech ethics and data privacy standards.
Required Expertise

10–15 years in financial data science, AI systems architecture, or RegTech product leadership.

Advanced mastery of machine learning frameworks, regulatory analytics, and intelligent automation within financial systems.

Familiarity with GCC data-protection policies and AI governance frameworks.

Advanced degree in Computational Finance, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
