EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF AI-ENABLED DIGITAL WEALTH ECOSYSTEMS & QUANTITATIVE PORTFOLIO INTELLIGENCE – BAHRAIN
Role Summary
This senior remote post is intended for a highly specialised fintech innovator capable of architecting Bahrain-aligned, global-grade digital wealth platforms powered by AI-driven analytics, real-time portfolio modeling, and multi-asset investment intelligence. The role focuses on the creation of institutionally robust wealth-technology environments that serve retail, HNWI, and institutional investor demands through advanced automation, machine-learning-based advisory structures, and highly configurable risk-governance mechanisms.
Core Responsibilities

Engineer AI-driven digital-wealth ecosystems integrating multi-asset allocation models, automated rebalancing frameworks, volatility-aware advisory engines, and behavioural risk-scoring.

Establish enterprise-class connectivity to capital-market infrastructures covering equities, fixed income, alternatives, and regulated digital assets.

Design model-validation frameworks, risk-scenario generators, predictive analytics layers, and machine intelligence pipelines supporting data-rich decision-making.

Lead the implementation of ultra-secure onboarding infrastructures including biometric identity protocols, digital KYC workflows, and cross-jurisdictional compliance engines.

Develop Bahrain-aligned regulatory-technology (RegTech) modules enabling transparent reporting, supervisory data mobility, and real-time auditability.

Produce long-term strategic transformation plans aligned with Bahrain’s national digital-finance vision and global investment-technology development trajectories.
Required Expertise

12–18 years in wealth-tech engineering, AI/ML analytics, portfolio systems architecture, or institutional asset-management technology.

Expertise in risk-modelling mathematics, algorithmic trading systems, and multi-asset analytics.

Global-level understanding of wealth-management regulatory frameworks, investor-protection rules, and cross-border investment compliance.

Demonstrated record of leading enterprise-grade wealth-technology transformation programs.
