Position Overview
As the UAE continues to expand its role as a fintech powerhouse, the Executive Director of AI-Driven Financial Risk Intelligence & RegTech Systems will define the country’s strategic framework for integrating artificial intelligence into financial regulation, compliance automation, and systemic risk monitoring.
Key Responsibilities

Develop AI-regulated compliance intelligence systems for predictive detection of financial risk, fraud, and operational anomalies.

Architect self-learning RegTech frameworks to automate compliance monitoring across open banking and digital payments ecosystems.

Implement data-driven regulatory analytics that enhance decision-making for financial supervision and risk management.

Establish interoperable RegTech ecosystems aligning with UAE Central Bank standards and global regulatory expectations.

Lead multi-stakeholder collaborations across fintech, banking, and regulatory sectors to drive RegTech adoption and innovation.
Required Expertise

12+ years in RegTech, financial risk systems, or AI-driven regulatory oversight.

Expertise in machine learning, predictive compliance, data science, and financial governance automation.

Strong understanding of GCC and global data protection, privacy, and AML/CFT frameworks.

Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Financial Regulation, or Data Systems Engineering.
