Role Overview

This executive role leads the strategic development of Saudi Arabia’s next-generation financial intelligence ecosystems, integrating high-performance AI, advanced risk analytics, and sovereign-scale data architectures to ensure market resilience, predictive security, and regulatory alignment in a rapidly advancing fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national-scale design of AI-powered risk intelligence models supporting financial integrity, AML detection, transactional anomaly identification, and predictive fraud prevention.

• Oversee development of multi-layered risk analytics platforms with real-time scoring, behavioral modeling, and adaptive security intelligence.

• Drive integration of federated learning models, privacy-preserving analytics, and secure data-sharing architectures across ecosystem stakeholders.

• Architect governance frameworks aligned with Saudi regulatory expectations, data sovereignty principles, and long-term financial sector modernization mandates.

• Direct cross-border intelligence initiatives enabling secure international financial flows and innovative compliance automation.

• Lead strategic innovation workshops, scenario modeling, and long-horizon risk simulations for national fintech resilience.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in advanced analytics, AI/ML, financial risk intelligence, or fintech risk system leadership.

• Expert-level understanding of algorithmic modeling, advanced data governance, and secure AI system design.

• Proven track record leading high-scale financial intelligence programs with multi-jurisdiction exposure.

• PhD or Master’s in Data Science, Computational Finance, AI Engineering, or similar advanced discipline preferred.
