Position Overview
The Executive Director of AI-Driven Financial Inclusion & Digital Microfinance Platforms will design and oversee Bahrain’s national digital inclusion strategy, using artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to build scalable, data-centric financial ecosystems that empower underserved populations while maintaining global compliance and transparency.
This role merges human-centered digital innovation with AI-based credit intelligence, creating inclusive, secure, and sustainable financial networks that align with global SDGs and GCC fintech transformation agendas.
Core Responsibilities

Architect AI-driven microfinance ecosystems integrating credit analytics, mobile platforms, and predictive behavioral modeling.

Direct design of scalable micro-lending platforms leveraging blockchain for security, traceability, and transparency.

Collaborate with global institutions to align digital inclusion programs with sustainable finance and impact investment frameworks.

Oversee implementation of cloud-native digital banking channels optimized for low-cost, high-efficiency financial access.

Integrate machine learning credit engines that dynamically assess financial behaviors and default probabilities.

Candidate Profile

Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Financial Inclusion Policy, or Fintech Innovation.

10+ years in digital microfinance systems, AI-driven credit modeling, or fintech strategy leadership.

Strong command of behavioral analytics, predictive modeling, and digital credit design.
