Strategic Role Mandate

This role is conceived for a senior fintech architect and strategist responsible for designing, governing, and evolving national-scale digital finance platforms. The mandate encompasses building resilient, high-volume, multi-layered financial infrastructures that seamlessly integrate with banks, fintech providers, and regulatory frameworks while enabling secure, efficient, and scalable financial services at the systemic level.

The position is not operational management or product execution. It is a platform and infrastructure stewardship mandate, focused on systemic integrity, platform resilience, and strategic alignment of all digital financial interactions.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect national-scale fintech platforms covering payments, settlement, ledger management, and financial orchestration.

• Define integration frameworks for interbank systems, fintech ecosystems, and government-backed financial utilities.

• Establish platform standards for scalability, modularity, resiliency, and high-throughput transactional integrity.

• Translate macro-financial strategy, regulatory requirements, and institutional needs into executable system architectures.

• Oversee distributed teams of engineers, analysts, and architects to ensure alignment with long-term platform strategy.

• Produce executive-grade architectural documentation, platform evolution roadmaps, and strategic governance frameworks.

• Lead scenario planning and stress testing for systemic financial platform resilience under extreme operational conditions.

Required Expertise & Professional Profile

• Extensive experience designing or governing large-scale financial systems or fintech infrastructure.

• Deep mastery of distributed systems, financial transactions orchestration, and institutional-grade platforms.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and how they translate into system-level requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently at the highest strategic and executive technical levels.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting, documentation, and strategic articulation.

Compensation Structure (Remote – KSA Aligned)

• Base Monthly Compensation: SAR 65,000 – SAR 90,000

• Annualised Range: SAR 780,000 – SAR 1,080,000

• Strategic Performance Incentive: Up to 35% annually

• Additional Provisions: Executive research budget, advanced home-office infrastructure allowance, multi-year retention incentives
