Role Overview
This role provides strategic leadership and architectural oversight for building ultra-high-performance financial compute systems supporting real-time transaction processing, cloud-native ledger operations, and multi-tenant data orchestration across the UAE’s digital financial landscape. The position requires mastery in distributed compute, computational scaling, cryptographic security, regulatory-driven orchestration, and modernization of legacy financial cores into elastic service meshes capable of national-scale throughput.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect high-velocity ledger compute engines with real-time reconciliation, multi-asset settlement, and memory-optimized processing pipelines.

Lead migration from monolithic banking cores to modular, containerized microservices and event-streamed architectures.

Implement autonomous compliance orchestration integrated with AI-based anomaly detection and continuous governance policies.

Define sovereign data strategies including zero-trust storage, encrypted federated access, and deterministic rollback models.

Drive global interoperability initiatives aligning UAE financial networks with international liquidity corridors and open finance standards.
Technical Requirements

12+ years designing scalable financial systems or critical infrastructure.

Deep expertise in cloud orchestration (Kubernetes, service mesh, multi-region failover), real-time streaming (Kafka/Pulsar), and performance-tuned databases.

Strong command of cryptographic enforcement, secure compute, and confidentiality-preserving data models.

Advanced systems engineering background across distributed consensus, ledger synchronization, and resilient compute.
