A rapidly expanding international fintech institution is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Global Fintech Ecosystem Partnerships to lead the creation of transformative alliances across banking, financial technology, digital commerce, payment infrastructure, and enterprise innovation.
This executive role combines strategic partnership development, commercial leadership, investment planning, ecosystem expansion, and market intelligence to accelerate sustainable growth while establishing the organization as a leading force within the global fintech landscape.
Working closely with the Executive Committee, you will negotiate landmark partnerships, identify emerging market opportunities, and shape long-term strategies that unlock new sources of commercial value.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise partnership strategies supporting international expansion.
- Build strategic relationships with banks, technology providers, payment networks, and financial institutions.
- Identify investment opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Lead executive negotiations for high-value commercial alliances.
- Drive ecosystem innovation across embedded finance and digital financial services.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term corporate strategy.
- Represent the organization at international fintech summits and investment forums.
- Evaluate emerging technologies supporting enterprise expansion.
- Develop governance frameworks for strategic partnerships.
- Mentor senior business development and commercial strategy teams.
Executive Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Significant executive experience within fintech, banking, corporate strategy, international partnerships, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise payments, API ecosystems, digital banking, embedded finance, and commercial growth.
- Outstanding negotiation, executive leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
