Strategic Overview

This role is centered on the transformation of wealth management through digitization, automation, and intelligent investment platforms.

The Executive Director – Global Digital Wealth & Fintech Investment Platforms will lead the design and scaling of next-generation wealth ecosystems, integrating robo-advisory, AI-driven portfolio management, and tokenized investment vehicles.

Key Strategic Mandates

Digital Wealth Platform Development

• Architect end-to-end digital wealth platforms, including onboarding, portfolio construction, and lifecycle management.

• Integrate robo-advisory engines powered by AI for automated investment strategies.

• Enable multi-asset investment capabilities, including equities, fixed income, and alternative assets.

AI-Driven Investment Intelligence

• Deploy machine learning models for portfolio optimization, risk-adjusted returns, and market forecasting.

• Implement behavioral finance analytics to enhance client engagement and decision-making.

• Leverage big data to generate actionable investment insights.

Tokenized Investments & Market Innovation

• Design frameworks for tokenized securities and fractional investment models.

• Enable liquidity and accessibility through blockchain-enabled investment platforms.

• Explore integration of digital assets within diversified portfolios.

Regulatory & Governance Oversight

• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and global investment standards.

• Establish governance frameworks for fiduciary responsibility, transparency, and investor protection.

• Oversee risk management frameworks across investment operations.

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years in wealth management, fintech investment platforms, or capital markets.

• Strong expertise in digital wealth technologies, robo-advisory systems, and portfolio management.

• Knowledge of blockchain-based investment products and tokenized assets.

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale financial platforms and distributed teams.
