We invite applications for Executive Director – Global Digital Asset Strategy & Tokenized Markets, a role requiring visionary leadership in blockchain-based asset innovation, tokenization protocols, and cross-border investment platforms. The UAE’s rapid evolution into a global digital finance hub demands an executive who can align regulatory compliance, investor trust, and institutional-grade infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities

Lead the design of tokenized investment platforms, covering real estate, commodities, equities, and sovereign-backed digital assets.

Architect digital custody, token lifecycle management, and decentralized market infrastructures.

Partner with international regulators to establish cross-border digital asset frameworks ensuring compliance and interoperability.

Drive AI-driven risk assessment tools to support institutional adoption of tokenized products.

Oversee collaboration with global fintech innovators, venture accelerators, and blockchain research institutes.
Key Qualifications

12–15 years in digital asset strategy, blockchain architecture, or fintech investment leadership.

Advanced expertise in asset tokenization, smart contracts, DeFi frameworks, and digital custody systems.

Strong familiarity with UAE’s financial regulatory landscape (CBUAE, ADGM, DIFC).

Postgraduate degree in Applied Finance, Blockchain Systems, or International Economics.
