A rapidly evolving financial technology ecosystem in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director – Fintech Wealth Management & Digital Investment Strategy to lead enterprise-wide innovation across digital wealth platforms, investment product strategy, customer portfolio growth, and next-generation financial advisory ecosystems.
This role is designed for a senior fintech executive who understands how modern wealth management is being transformed by digital advisory platforms, customer financial intelligence, investment automation, and scalable portfolio management solutions. The successful candidate will oversee strategic financial planning, investment product modernization, customer acquisition, and long-term commercial growth across high-value financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide strategy across digital wealth platforms, investment products, and customer portfolio growth initiatives
- Build scalable frameworks for wealth-tech expansion across retail, private banking, and high-net-worth customer segments
- Strengthen digital advisory models, customer financial planning journeys, and investment servicing experiences
- Oversee financial product innovation across portfolio management, advisory tools, and customer investment intelligence platforms
- Collaborate with compliance, finance, operations, and executive leadership teams to ensure sustainable strategic delivery
- Improve customer acquisition, portfolio retention, and financial product profitability across wealth management channels
- Develop monetization strategies and revenue optimization models across digital investment services
- Build ecosystem partnerships with financial institutions, investment infrastructure providers, and strategic advisors
- Deliver executive reporting and board-level strategic intelligence across financial performance and investment growth
- Ensure compliance alignment with regional financial regulations and governance expectations
- Support cross-border expansion strategies across GCC wealth management ecosystems
- Build leadership capability across product, advisory, and strategic finance teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or Financial Technology
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent executive qualification strongly preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in fintech, wealth management, investment strategy, or financial services
- Strong expertise in digital wealth platforms, portfolio strategy, and customer financial advisory ecosystems
- Deep understanding of UAE financial services markets and investment regulatory environments
- Proven experience leading large-scale financial product modernization programs
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management and leadership capability
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic decision-making expertise
