Strategic Overview

The Executive Director – Fintech Venture Strategy, Innovation & Capital Deployment will lead initiatives focused on identifying, evaluating, and scaling fintech innovations across the GCC and global markets.

This role combines venture capital strategy, financial analysis, and fintech domain expertise to drive investment decisions, portfolio growth, and innovation ecosystems.

Core Strategic Responsibilities

Fintech Investment Strategy

• Identify high-potential fintech opportunities across payments, blockchain, AI banking, and digital assets.

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for investment decisions.

• Develop diversified fintech investment portfolios aligned with strategic objectives.

Innovation Ecosystem Development

• Build partnerships with fintech startups, accelerators, and innovation hubs.

• Support scaling of early-stage fintech solutions into mature, market-ready platforms.

• Foster collaboration between financial institutions and emerging technology providers.

Capital Deployment & Portfolio Management

• Oversee capital allocation across multiple fintech initiatives.

• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize investment strategies.

• Implement risk-adjusted return frameworks for investment decision-making.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

• Analyze global fintech trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes.

• Provide strategic recommendations for market entry and expansion.

• Publish insights and thought leadership on fintech innovation and investment.

Candidate Profile

• 12–18 years in venture capital, fintech strategy, or financial investment roles.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets.

• Deep understanding of fintech ecosystems, including blockchain and digital payments.

• Proven experience in managing investment portfolios and scaling innovation.

• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
