Strategic Mandate
This role is positioned at the intersection of financial technology architecture, market design, and system-level policy thinking. The Executive Director is responsible for shaping how large-scale fintech systems are structured, governed, and aligned with evolving financial market architectures, without involvement in operational delivery or product execution.
The mandate is explicitly systemic rather than organizational, addressing how fintech ecosystems interact with capital markets, payment infrastructures, data environments, and cross-border financial flows.
Core Responsibilities

Define reference architectures for advanced fintech ecosystems spanning payments, digital banking, financial data platforms, and embedded finance.

Design frameworks that align technological capability with market structure, liquidity flows, and financial system stability.

Develop system-level governance models addressing interoperability, platform dependencies, and infrastructure concentration risk.

Produce authoritative strategic documentation suitable for regulatory, institutional, and policy-level audiences.

Advise senior stakeholders on long-term fintech evolution scenarios and structural trade-offs.
Required Expertise
