Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or sustainability strategy.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and corporate governance.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
