The Executive Director will oversee the design of real-time risk intelligence engines that continuously interpret transaction behaviour, exposure accumulation, and system stress signals across digital financial infrastructures.
The mandate is proactive and architectural rather than reactive or compliance-driven. It focuses on anticipatory risk modelling, dynamic thresholds, and systemic containment, ensuring fintech platforms remain predictable, defensible, and resilient under volatility.
Core Responsibilities & Executive Authority

Architect and govern fintech risk intelligence engines, including exposure modelling, anomaly detection, and real-time signal processing.

Establish standards for risk transparency across interconnected systems and transaction layers.

Oversee integration of risk intelligence into core fintech decision-making architectures.
-
Lead long-horizon strategies addressing scaling risk complexity and behavioural evolution.
-
Act as final authority on systemic exposure limits, risk interpretation, and mitigation architecture.

17–24+ years in fintech risk systems, financial intelligence platforms, or large-scale exposure modelling.
-
Deep expertise in dynamic risk frameworks and system-wide exposure analysis.
-
Experience operating in environments where real-time decision accuracy is critical.
-
Strong executive presence combined with analytical depth.
-
Proven capacity to manage risk as an architectural discipline, not an afterthought.

-
Annual Executive Incentive: 35% – 50% of base salary
-
