Executive Mandate

This role is structured for a senior fintech leader tasked with defining the strategic, architectural, and economic foundations of large-scale fintech platforms. The Executive Director will operate at the intersection of platform design, financial innovation, and long-term ecosystem sustainability.

The position requires the ability to conceptualise fintech platforms not merely as technology stacks, but as interconnected financial ecosystems capable of supporting embedded finance, extensible services, and future-ready operating models.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year fintech platform strategies, aligning technology, product, and financial architecture

• Shape the design of composable and modular financial platforms that support rapid integration and expansion

• Establish governance models covering platform scalability, interoperability, and lifecycle evolution

• Lead strategic thinking around API ecosystems, partner integrations, and platform monetisation logic

• Translate complex technical and financial architectures into executive-level strategic frameworks

• Act as a senior decision-making authority across distributed leadership and specialist teams

Executive Profile Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in fintech platforms, digital finance, or financial infrastructure

• Demonstrated success in platform-centric financial ecosystems or large-scale fintech initiatives

• Strong command of platform economics, embedded finance models, and digital operating structures

• Ability to lead autonomously in fully remote, globally distributed environments

• Exceptional strategic communication, judgement, and governance capability

Compensation Structure

• Annual Compensation: AED 780,000 – 1,150,000 (tax-free)

• Executive-level performance and long-term value incentives

• Fully remote engagement with periodic strategic alignment sessions linked to Dubai
