Executive Mandate & Strategic Significance
This executive-level role is designed for a fintech leader responsible for defining the strategic, architectural, and economic foundations of large-scale digital financial platforms. The Executive Director will shape platforms that serve as the backbone for embedded finance, extensible financial services, and ecosystem-driven innovation.
The role requires the ability to conceptualise fintech platforms as living financial systems—where technology architecture, financial logic, data flows, and economic incentives align to support long-term scalability and adaptability.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Define and own multi-year fintech platform strategies, integrating technology architecture, financial design, and operating models

Lead the design of modular and composable financial platforms enabling rapid integration and ecosystem participation

Establish governance frameworks covering platform scalability, interoperability, and lifecycle evolution

Shape strategic approaches to API ecosystems, integration models, and platform value creation

Translate complex technical and financial architectures into clear executive-level strategic narratives

Serve as a senior authority guiding distributed leadership and specialist teams
Executive Profile & Experience Requirements

15–22 years of experience across fintech platforms, digital finance, or financial infrastructure leadership

Demonstrated success in platform-centric financial ecosystems or large-scale fintech initiatives

Strong command of platform economics, embedded finance structures, and digital operating models

Proven ability to operate autonomously within fully remote, globally distributed executive environments

Exceptional strategic judgement, governance capability, and executive communication skills
Compensation & Executive Package

Annual Compensation Range: AED 800,000 – 1,200,000 (tax-free)
