Strategic Role Mandate
This role is designed for a senior fintech leader operating at the level of end-to-end operating system architecture for digital financial platforms. The mandate is to conceptualise, govern, and evolve fintech operating systems that coordinate payments, accounts, data, risk logic, and product layers into a unified, extensible digital finance environment.
The position is not focused on individual products or delivery execution. It is a systems-orchestration mandate, responsible for defining how disparate fintech capabilities interlock into a coherent, resilient, and future-ready platform architecture.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect and govern fintech operating systems spanning transaction engines, data layers, and product orchestration.

Define system boundaries, interaction models, and escalation logic across complex platform ecosystems.

Establish architectural doctrines for scalability, composability, and long-term maintainability.

Design interoperability frameworks enabling seamless integration across internal and external financial services.

Translate strategic and regulatory intent into executable system blueprints.

Produce executive-grade documentation, operating system charters, and multi-year evolution roadmaps.
Required Expertise & Professional Profile

Extensive experience designing large-scale fintech platforms or financial operating systems.

Deep mastery of distributed architectures, orchestration patterns, and transaction-centric system design.

Strong understanding of how financial logic is embedded and coordinated across platform layers.

Proven ability to operate autonomously at executive technical level in fully remote environments.

Exceptional analytical depth, architectural precision, and written communication skills.
Compensation Structure (Remote – UAE Aligned)

Base Monthly Compensation: AED 55,000 – AED 78,000

Annualised Range: AED 660,000 – AED 936,000

Executive Performance Incentive: Up to 35% annually
