An internationally focused financial technology organization is seeking an exceptional Executive Director – FinTech Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Ventures to lead transformative investment strategies, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and accelerate enterprise expansion through high-impact corporate initiatives.
Working directly with the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape the organization’s long-term strategic direction while identifying commercial opportunities capable of delivering sustained competitive advantage.
Executive Responsibilities

Lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment initiatives.

Conduct commercial due diligence and market intelligence.

Develop enterprise corporate development strategies.

Build executive partnerships with financial institutions and technology innovators.

Evaluate regional and international expansion opportunities.

Present strategic investment recommendations to executive committees.

Collaborate with finance, legal, technology, and commercial leadership.

Executive Requirements

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or Strategy.

Minimum 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.

Strong expertise in corporate finance, negotiations, and strategic planning.

Outstanding executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
