Position Overview
A rapidly expanding financial technology enterprise is seeking an accomplished Executive Director – FinTech Innovation, Venture Growth & Strategic Investments to accelerate business expansion and identify transformative investment opportunities throughout the GCC.
This executive leadership appointment combines venture strategy, ecosystem development, commercial partnerships, innovation management, and financial technology leadership to drive sustainable growth across multiple international markets.
The successful executive will work closely with institutional investors, executive committees, strategic partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver long-term enterprise value.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead corporate innovation strategy.
- Identify high-value fintech investment opportunities.
- Develop regional expansion initiatives.
- Establish strategic alliances with financial institutions and technology companies.
- Evaluate emerging market trends and commercial opportunities.
- Build scalable fintech ecosystems.
- Lead executive investment committees.
- Drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee venture development programmes.
- Represent the organization during global investment and fintech conferences.
- Mentor senior commercial leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or Financial Technology.
- Minimum 12 years of executive commercial experience.
- Strong understanding of financial technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience leading business growth initiatives.
- Outstanding negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- International business development experience preferred.
