Executive Position Overview

An advanced fintech ecosystem dedicated to building scalable digital financial infrastructure across rapidly evolving financial markets is seeking an Executive Director of Financial Technology Architecture and Digital Banking Systems.

The role will oversee the design and technical governance of large-scale fintech platforms powering digital banking services, payment processing systems, financial data platforms, and API-driven financial service ecosystems.

Digital Banking Infrastructure Development

• Lead engineering design for digital banking technology stacks.

• Ensure digital banking platforms support scalability, resilience, and security.

Digital Payment Network Engineering

• Architect high-throughput digital payment systems capable of processing large transaction volumes.

• Develop integration frameworks supporting cross-platform financial transactions.

• Implement redundancy mechanisms ensuring uninterrupted financial operations.

Financial Data Platform Strategy

• Design secure financial data pipelines supporting transaction analytics and reporting.

• Implement large-scale financial data processing architectures.

Fintech Technology Innovation

• Evaluate emerging financial technologies influencing digital banking systems.

• Guide experimentation with next-generation fintech architectures.

Professional Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Technology, Information Systems Engineering, or Financial Engineering.

• 10–15 years experience in fintech platform architecture, digital banking infrastructure, or financial technology engineering leadership.

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale fintech technology teams.
