Position Summary

The initiative focuses on redesigning workflows across payments, settlements, reconciliation, and reporting—leveraging automation and analytics to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking an Executive Director – Financial Operations Transformation, Automation & Intelligent Process Engineering.
This role is responsible for reengineering how financial operations are executed—ensuring that processes are optimized, automated, and continuously improved.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Transformation & Process Design
- Redesign financial workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Build automated systems for transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Eliminate inefficiencies in operational processes.
- Align operations with strategic business objectives.
Automation & Intelligent Systems
- Implement automation frameworks across financial operations.
- Integrate analytics into operational decision-making.
- Enhance process efficiency through intelligent systems.
- Reduce manual intervention across workflows.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track operational KPIs and system performance metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Ensure consistent service delivery across platforms.

Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of operations.
- Implement risk management frameworks.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
- 10+ years of experience in financial operations or fintech systems.
- Strong understanding of financial workflows and automation.
- Experience with analytics and process optimization tools.
- Proven leadership in operational transformation.
