A globally expanding fintech organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Director β Financial Ecosystem Investments & Corporate Strategy to lead enterprise investment initiatives that accelerate innovation, strengthen market leadership, and unlock sustainable commercial growth across the rapidly evolving digital financial landscape.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise investment and corporate strategy roadmaps.
- Evaluate high-value fintech investment opportunities and strategic ventures.
- Lead financial due diligence and commercial assessment initiatives.
- Build executive partnerships with financial institutions, investors, and technology innovators.
- Guide mergers, acquisitions, and strategic collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor global fintech trends and emerging market opportunities.
- Present investment recommendations to Executive Committees and Board Directors.
- Collaborate with product, technology, finance, and commercial leadership.
- Develop governance frameworks supporting investment excellence.
- Mentor senior corporate strategy professionals.
Executive Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Significant executive experience within fintech, investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, or strategic consulting.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, corporate development, commercial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and market intelligence.
- Outstanding executive leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
