This role is designed for a senior fintech executive to shape the foundational data and interoperability layers that underpin modern digital finance ecosystems. With Qatar as the strategic reference market, the mandate focuses on open finance architecture, financial data governance, and platform interoperability frameworks that enable scalable innovation across banking, payments, wealth platforms, and emerging financial services.
The position operates at a structural and ecosystem level, requiring the ability to conceptualise financial data as strategic infrastructure rather than a supporting function. Execution is fully remote, yet the remit spans national initiatives, cross-platform coordination, and international financial connectivity.
Key Strategic Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end open finance and financial data platforms enabling secure, scalable data exchange.

Define interoperability frameworks connecting banks, fintech platforms, payment systems, and third-party services.

Establish data governance, consent management, and platform integrity models aligned with international standards.

Lead strategic initiatives around API economies, financial data monetisation, and ecosystem participation models.

Oversee resilience, scalability, and performance engineering for high-volume financial data environments.

Translate regulatory expectations into executable data architecture and operating-model blueprints.
Executive Profile & Experience

16–22+ years in fintech, financial data platforms, or large-scale digital finance transformation.

Proven leadership in data-centric financial infrastructure or open finance initiatives.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, API frameworks, and platform-based financial models.

Ability to engage at executive, institutional, and ecosystem levels with authority and precision.
Compensation Structure (International Executive Benchmark)

Base Salary: USD 185,000 – 240,000 per annum.

Annual Strategic Performance Incentive: 30%–45% of base salary.

Long-Term Platform Impact Incentive: Up to USD 85,000 annually.
